Fallout 3 FWE mod. need help

Can someone give me a list of programs I need in order to use the mod. I have downloaded part 1, 2, and the patch but have yet to install them as I do not know what I need to do in order to install them. I know I need at least one or two more programs in order to get the mod running I just can't figure out what they are. Also how to install the mod would be helpful. I would prefer a list because I can then go at a faster or slower pace than a video would allow and the people that do video tutorial usually have incredibly annoying voices and explain things as you would to a 5 year old. You are probably better off going back to the site where you download the mod from. Hopefully they will have a forum.

I never heard of he FWE mod, but then there are tons of mods for that great game.
