I just changed the core and memory clock of my asus gf3-ti200 deluxe to 240/500.
After doing 3dmark2001se and 3dmark 2000 the temperature was at 53c.

Is that a good temperature?
And if so , should i try to get the clocks higher?

i think you took it up to high i had the same card the pure version and managed to get it to 220/500 at 47celsius but your temp is dangerous the temp is the temp of the gpu and not from your memory and the memory doesnt have any heatsinks on it so its a big risk i would go down a little to get the temp safe if you notice any glitches (artifacts) (very much noticable in 3dmark 2001 at the max payne high detail bench. on his sunglasses) i would sure get the mhz. a bit lower if you dont notice any artifacts place a slotcooler besides it the strongest you can find that would get the temp down at least at my card it does

good luck

my system aint running on 110/230volts it runs on nitro!!!

Well i'm now at 260/530 and at 45c, got some more fans to cool it off.
I got no artifacts at all and it runs sweet with my fsb at 144, so i'll just leave it there until it melts :) .
