Certainly not. GTA IV was only released on Windows. Even if you installed Windows on your Mac, it simply isn't powerful enough to run GTA IV. An old Pentium D would struggle with the game. The Geforce 210 graphics card is also too weak to run the game, modern integrated graphics are actually superior to the 210. The 210 is only good for video playback, web browsing and office tasks.

Get a new computer, or get a console to play GTA IV on, that system won't be able to do it, not without serious upgrades, and Macs are seldom upgradeable, unless you pay for astronomically overpriced parts sourced from Apple. At that point, you might as well buy a new computer anyway, You would get a better system for the same amount of money.
