the environment is 1 Nt 4 server as domain, 10 machine with xp Pro, 3 machine
with xp home.

if i installed the Canon LBP 800 on a xp Home machine and set as share, only
xp Home machine can add as printer. Other machine with xp Pro can add the
printer, but after a message of printer initiates, the add printer fall.

If i installed the printer to xp Pro machine, xp home machine, cannot see
it. And even some xp Pro cannot add the printer.

XP Pro is limited to 10 simultaneous connections, XP Home is limited to 5
connections. How about installing the printer on the NT 4 Server?

You means any printer share on a xp pro machine is limited to 10 connections
And the PDC has no control on it?

And i experienced that even another xp pro machine not even share a new
share printer (the simultaneous connections is sure to have less then 10
connetions), it stop at the initiate process and respone fail to add a new
printer

Thanks.
