You guys have to check out <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=11-124-009" target="_new">this new Enermax case</A>, it is just too damn cool! I am sure that <b>svol</b> would approve.

Click on "See It!" at the bottom of the box.

If I had the dough, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Not only that, but I would definitely put it on top of the desk where I could star . . . er . . . see it.

I would give it a try, if I can get my money back in case I don't like it. :) Pink isn't my color, and I would chop it up more for less air flow restriction.

Wow . . . tough crowd.

<b>Crashman</b> - How many bays do you need?!? 10's good enough for me.

<b>jihiggs</b> - The slant would help you access your drives if you have it on the floor. Not that this case <i>deserves</i> to be on the floor . . .

<b>AndrewT</b> - I, too, am not in the "pink mood", but they also have <A HREF="http://www.enermax.com.tw/products/peripherals-main.htm" target="_new">blue and green</A>, though most places are just now starting to stock the blue.

<b>pr497</b> - "Mmmm . . . fries . . . ahhhhhh . . . "

<b>Jake75</b> - "Function over form!" Heck, what am I saying . . . I dig this case. To each his own.

Almost forgot to mention . . . they also have this case in <A HREF="http://www.enermax.com.tw/new/main.htm" target="_new">Jet Black and Cherry Red</A> . . . very cool!

I'm still partial to the silver . . . blends better with the standard computer hue.

You wanna know something funny?

Your <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=11-129-004" target="_new">Antec case</A> looks a hella lot like the <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=BROWSE&manufactory=1400" target="_new">Enermax case (last entry on page)</A> I found when mulling around. Only diff is the PSU, which they list a non-existant Enermax PSU.

I like that one, too . . . you can slide the 3.5" hidden bays out for easier access, plus stick a 80mm fan to blow right on 'em. I thought that aspect was pretty "cool".

Plus, more room to play in. But it doesn't look nearly as saucy as the other one. The slant adds to its aerodynamic attributes. Put on those casters, and it will beat your SOHO in the downhill any day!

heh dead on same case, except the PS. weird! I just noticed that the bottom large bay (4th one) is on top of the motherboard not beside it, that mean you don't have to worry about cd-rom hitting stuff on mobo or no space to fit! hmmm it's so sweet, a real mid tower not a midget with 4 large bays and one useless.

damn, I want to see a Noblesse detailed picture set (pref. with drives installed, even in bottom bay!!) Anyone own one? So far Nikao 5pts (no PS), Antec 7pts (400WPS, good int. design)

nm found it, but nothing installed! <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=BROWSE&manufactory=1464" target="_new">Noblesse</A> but the dimensions always screw me. Actual Dimension (L x W x H): 19" x 8" x 17", 19" sound good, but 19" till the end of the face cover or what? If yes then it's not so great, no cd-rom in bottom bay because it would hit the plugs for case leds and switches, even top ones are questionable with regular 9.64"x12" ATX motherboard.

I don't know, don't want to order one just to leave my 10$ deposit for the store in case it doesn't work out.

Well I actually considered that case as well but for $350 without a PSU, that thing should build itself and clean the dust filters itself. Plus it should also play fetch with you like the Cybie dog! Anyhow it's different enough to be interesting(i.e. like the AM General Hummer, so ugly it's beautiful). As for me I just recently set up my machine with a new case but I opted for <A HREF="http:// http://www.directron.com/201b.html " target="_new">http:// http://www.directron.com/201b.html </A>. It comes with six fans. 2 intake front, 2 exhaust rear, 1 top blow, 1 side blow. It also has all the other cool options(thumbscrew/slide out mainboard tray with cards/installed). It also is only 149. For $60 more I added the Digital Doc 5. Still 150 cheaper which bought me my mainboard. Still it was worth a look. When they get the price down to around 200-250 I'll really consider it, but right now it's a little too pricey. Still maybe it'd be better if they reversed the slant(like the tower of Pisa)!. If anyone does get one of these I'd like to see a user review of it though. All the options in front is a little nicer though than mine. Ive just got the 4 USB and mini RCA sound plugs.

Save heating costs on your home, overclock your PC!!!

Nice little case (relinked <A HREF="http://www.directron.com/201b.html" target="_new">Black Directron SF201-B</A>), but their PSUs are a little overpriced.

I may be getting a little picky here, but I also don't think the power cord should be optional.

Antec SX1030 300W 175$

asking 1$ for the cord is just too cheap, first time I see that. But I never got a case with no PS, or buy PS alone, no clue what included then. But still, cheap bastards. LOL

Yeah, these guys are a little kooky with the prices, but not like OCSystems. Man, their "upgradeable" items are more expensive than if you found them elsewhere on their own site! (I know, prolly just a site thing . . . don't want to have to change their menus with every sale, but still . . . )

Not sure if it was OCS or another site, but one didn't give any discount for upgrading to a better PSU . . . straight out full-on price.

$CROOGE$, I tell ya' . . . all of 'em!

Ermmm...to each his own I guess. If someone GAVE that thing to me, I guess I'd keep it but personaly, I like the 'Lian-Li PC69-Transparent' case with the side window and top fan (comes with 4 fans total w/room for plenty more) that I ordered from Directron.com the other day. I can't wait for it and the other stuff I ordered (Enermax EG651P-VE FMA Power Supply, Round/Silver IDE & Floppy cables & a Blue Cold Cathode kit) to come in so I can finish putting together MY 'Dream Machine'.

Well, not quite . . . click on the web site I linked to in <A HREF="http://forumz.tomshardware.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=profile&mode=viewprofile&internal=1&username=VulcanSoulPatch" target="_new">my bio</A>, then you will get it.

Well, I guess most of you guys are purists at heart.

You have to at least give credit to Enermax for the three integrated fan-speed controls and digital thermometer. I know you can buy those separately, but they never fit in quite right unless you have a Computer Grey case.

I don't have nearly enough moola for that case. Heck, all of my current wants don't even come close to that price. But it is a nice dream. Kinda like a Lamborghini. If you really think about it, those cars are pretty fugly, but they are so damn cool. You know that if you could get your hands on one, you would.

I'll give you that. In addition to these I would like to see cases with a modular front panel for those who later want to change from USB to USB2 and firewire or anything else the future brings. USB1 will soon be dead. (I hope!)

I do like the cases provided by the other links in this thread.

"Spock's Beard" is that reference to the alternate universe eposide of ST. (Sorry, don't know the name of that episode. Not a real trekker).

"Ding ding ding . . . nice-ly done!"

The episode was named "Mirror, Mirror", but I only know that from the Spock's Beard FAQ. (I'm not a Trekkie, either.) <A HREF="http://www.spocksbeard.com" target="_new">Spock's Beard</A> is a progressive rock band. Prog rock is my favorite genre of music, and I thought that my take on their name was kinda cool.

I was going to use the name "Nightmare Cinema" which is a take on <A HREF="http://www.dreamtheater.net" target="_new">Dream Theater</A>, my favorite prog rock band . . . but they already use that name in their shows (when they all switch instruments), so I didn't want to pirate that from them.
