Probably at low-medium settings. I could run MW2 on Max settings while doing multiple other tasks including web browsing and drawing in Paint. and I was on 1GB of ddr2 ram and a Pentium 4 with onboard video. and those two are the same game. On the computer I have now I can max it out and more than enough fps. I can't remember what the max was but I think I was getting 60. you'll probably get aroudn 30-40 on medium with your computer.

I am not so sure you do not meet the minimum requirements on the CPU, RAM or GPU so if you can play it its not likely to be playable. A pentium 4 with 1gb RAM does meet the requirements for MW2.
