Printing on 2003 Server

This may not be the correct newsgroup, (and in fact I've searched
unsuccessfully for a Windows Server 2003 newgroup) but this is the
closest that I can find, and any help is appreciated.

I have a small business that needs to track printer accounting on a
windows server 2003 domain. Specifically tracking printing to specific
printers, and charging it to specific user accounts.

Is this possible with the default server software? Or will an
additional s/w package be required.
