Swtor, can i play on very high settings?

Hi, im going to build my own using this build right here >http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-pc-do-it-yourself-geforce-gtx-560,3216.html< i want to know if i can play on very high settings with this build? im looking for a decent 40+ fps and 30+ in major cities like for example the imerial fleet holding around 200-300 players almost all the time! please reply ASAP as i will be making this purchase soon!

You will be able to play iy but not sure at Very high settings..
High is more likely..
You will need a better CPU and GPU for Very high..
