Print jobs remembered

I have a home LAN with 3 desktops with Ethernet cables and 1 laptop with
wireless connection, plus an HP1200 printer hooked to a USB port on a
router.

All works well except for one anomaly. One desktop seems not to know when a
print job is complete. The next time the PC is booted, it prints out
everything from the last session unless the user remembered to delete the
print jobs. The offending PC is running Win XP Pro while the others run the
Home version. In Printer Properties, the box to retain print jobs is
unchecked.

Any ideas? Thanks

Uncheck Bidirectional in the Ports tab of the printer.
