What New Fan To Buy?

I'm looking for a new fan to buy for my 1.13G Athlon. I've been looking at the ThermalTake Volcano 7 and SuperOrb. Which would be the better purchase or should I look at other fans. Basically I want one that is gonna be nice and cool and not too noisy.

rule of thumb any heat sink with the word orb in itis horrible and should not be touched with a 10 foot stick
