Guild wars 2! ^-^ (part two)

I was wondering if this computer will run Guild wars 2?

If it will need to be up graded before I can play that will be fine, I have a pretty small budget right now 'cause I'm up grading to a better PC later this year, so if any of you could tell me where I could get something like refurbished parts for PCs, Low profile and normal ones are what I'm looking for.

Also, I don't want like, the best visuals or anything like that, just enough to get me like 40-50 FPS and if anyone can tell me what I should look for in a computer to get that I would be so happy!!! ^-----^
