anyone know a good graqphics card overclocking utility that's as comprehensive as PowersSrip 3?

I use Rivatuner. It is not as simple to use,but is more stable and uses less resources,IE memory and cpu cycles.

I aint signing nothing!!!

Rivatuner is sweet Got my stock Geforce2 Pro up to 250/500 with no problems

how do u know if it's using less system resource?

You go into the system window and look at the resources (RAM) available before and after you run the program. I think rivatuner only takes 5-10MB of RAM...not that much
