you will be lucky it reqires a 2.0ghz dualcore. you have an i3 with turbo so that should get you up and running.
the gfx 7800gt or x1800 the hd 4000 doesnt quite match the dx9 perfomance of them cpus but it is newer and does a lot more per cycle so you may just scrape minimum settings.

You'll be hard pushed to run it on a laptop mate. The minimum specs aren't that high as it runs on a modified Guild Wars 1 engine but the Intel 4000HD onboard won't give you anything above 10-15 fps. Sorry :(
