Risen 2 lag massively on launch and main menu.

I think my PC specs is enough to run this game smoothly.

Graphic card: Radeon HD 6850
RAM: 2GB x 2
DirectX version: 11
Processor: i3 CPU, 550 3.20GHz

During the logo/trademark video and game main menu lags. Any idea why is this happening?

I've already tried to set all graphic quality to minimum, but this does not fix the problem.
