Hi, can anyone help??

When I go to the printer properties on a Laptop with Windows XP, I get this
error, ive connected to other printers on the netowrk, and get the same
message, it allows me to print still, but I get no properties, so cant
cchange any settings

Function address 0x77c43dbd caused a protection fault (exeption code
0xc0000005)

If this is the HP 4200, 4300, 9000, or 9500 (maybe some others) the drivers
are mismatched. If these are not HP drivers please let us know with printer
driver you are having problem.

Do you have any HP printers installed as local printers on this machine?
