how can convert my record gameplay (using dxtory) to a smaller more uploadable size is their any compress or an alternative something like that

is it some kind of video file, in that case maybe some video compression software is in order.

well try to record some, see what the output file is, and then look for something that can compress that. you've given us nothing to work with. what is the output file for instance.

I use sony vegas for compressing .avi files from fraps, but that isn't a free software. You can download the 30 day trial though.
