Help I can't turn up my voltage

Help I can't turn up the voltage for my cpu. Every time when i go in my Comos and turn up the voltage but then when it's starting up the compuer is says your voltage is 1.75V But is detcts as 1.50 how can I turn up my voltage now?? tell me please

you may also have jumpers on the board. perhaps one of the jumpers enables cmos voltage selection. right now its being overidden by the jumper.

First check if your board has jumpers that select the VCore. If they aren't there and changing it in the BIOS doesn't help there might be something wrong with your powersupply, or with the app you use to detect them.
