Needing a gaming budget build!

Hi
I have been looking around at all kinds of sites trying to figure out a build for around 1300 to 1400 us dollars for, a gaming rig that can play battlefield and crysis on Ultra. I was wondering if anyone had some good idea's, I have heard the NVIDIA 670 GTX is a nice card, and the intel 3770k cpu but im not sure what to get. Any ideas would be awesome and thanks for your time.

More about needing gaming budget build
  1. Head over to the system threads in the forum theres heaps of different builds that people have created at all sorts of budget levels
  2. you don't need i7 for gaming,

    get the following

    3570k
    GTX 670
    8gb DDR3 ram 1600
    Z77 board
an SSD for OS (~128gb should be plenty)
    HDD for storage
    600-650W PSU
and a case of your choice.
This will easily fit into 1400 budget if you don't go crazy on mobo and case.

I second these specs, for 1300-1400 you can build a very nice gaming system. when i saw budget in the thread name i thought you were going to mention under $600.

also, make sure to get some good quality parts like from corsair, intel, EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc. dont go cheap on parts if you want the system to last.

Also, look in to a good air cooler if you plan on overclocking they did a recent review on air coolers ranging from $30 to $100.
