Trib FT counts as worn - so if you are maxed worn FT trib does nothing.

It does. It counts as normal worn Flowing Thought er Mana Regeneration,
being as "Flowing Thought" was way too difficult a concept for most players
to grasp I guess, so SoE had to change the name...

One of these days I am going to spend AAs to raise my FT cap, but, there
are far too many more useful AAs for a shaman to get, what with the mana
regen I can already produce with various spells and AAs I already have.

Same here, these AAs are way too expensive, not to mention that I have
no plans to level, although I have 4 FT items banked.

Talking about Tribute,I found Veksar is great for it,one more reason
to stay at 65,sold my haste item, now using 41% haste from tribute,
Kylong Gauntlets give 4000 minutes 41% haste, that should last a while.
....and tribute from moss covered hood is really insane,I couldnt
beleive it when I saw it on Lucy, but the Tribute NPC confirmed it. =)

You can't get DirectX 10 on Windows XP. It's impossible, not going to happen. On Vista and Windows 7, you don't need to download it (it's already in them).
