I have a GF2 GTSV running @ 205/325 i want to o/c it to a higher speed but the ram gets too hot. what kind of ram cooling do you fellas recommend? A link would be very helpful thanx!

My GTS-V

Before cooling enhancements
205 core/340 RAM

After adding Pentium HSF on GPU and RAM heatsinks
205 core/340 RAM

No difference in maximum overclock!

Try backing off the core speed and increasing the memory alone. Sometimes you can go higher this way. Faster memory is more important than faster core.

The GTS-V is a OEM "value" card with a default clock of 175/286 and only has 7ns memory. (Some of the GTS-Vs are rumored to have shipped with 5.5ns memory). A reference GTS card is clocked at 200/333 and ships with 6ns or 5.5ns memory which is why these cards overclock higher than the GTS-V with 7ns memory. Some "Pro" cards have 5ns memory and I don't know what their default clocks are. Geforce2 TI cards have 4.5ns and 4ns memory (a few with even faster memory). They also have a faster GPU, 250mhz I think.

Sometimes the limiting factor of ocing anything is their architecture. Sometimes the RAM just wont go any higher because it is just impossible no matter how cool you can run it. Lowering the core speed may not have an effect, but it's worth trying.
