need Abit th7II bios i guess

ok, first of all how do i tell which bios my mb is right now, i bought it in like March. and second of all, fatburger tried to e-mail me a link to the newest bios version but it didn't work, so do any of you have links to the newest/latest/best bios versiona dn a flash utility?

You can tell what bios is on your board by looking at the bottom of the screen when it first boots up, itll be a long line of numbers and letters. Youll prolly wanna turn your monitor on first for a few seconds so its warm and it dont fly by before you can see it. Or you can do a warm boot. You can use the pause/break key on the keyboard to freeze the bootup and screen so you have time to write down the code.
