Does anyone have any review or comments about the "Thermaltake Dragon 478 Cooler for P4"?

i would think that its a good HSF...i have the P4 volcano 478 and it works fine...
but a side note...it's really loud (the dragon 478)....40+ db...

It looks really sweet, but it's not the best performer and is really loud. Too bad, I would've bought it just on looks if it was decent otherwise.
