I'm not supposed to run yet b/c rge muscle from my broken leg needs to get back to normal, but imo, it feels good enough so I do. I was chasing a friend around campus, and gaining on him (woo, speed is coming back!) and then he made a turn. He's a skinny guy and did it fast.....on the other hand I had a bunch of momentum cause I lift weights to build muscle mass and I kind went around a building making the same turn hehe. Anyway, as I was running, I ate a bee cause it went into my mouth. They're not that bad guys!

Ok, u make it seem as if I do it on a regular basis. Note that I did it once, and only once, and seriously thought I got a bad injury it hurt so bad.

Flame says a lot of things. If he had claimed he did 300lbs many times, I'd have gone on your side, but since he conceded once and it was bad, then I'll believe him.

Look at it this way: I regularly do 150 pounds curling, do that anywhere between 30-60 times, depending on how good I feel. That obviously is not my maxed out curling weight, so how does 300 seem soooo unreasonable then? I am 190, but much of the focus goes to my biceps and forearms anyways.

You know what sucks tho? The huge stretchmarks one gets from heavy weight training. I have streaks running down both biceps, some on my thighs and a few on my knees (thinking das from running tho).

Hahaha, I have honey at home. Now I have to trying something else that's unusual. I once got in trouble cause I wanted to taste grass (it tastes a lil like pepper+ cucumber, not bad I guess) and my neighbor had a lush green lawn so I just ripped off a patch and stuff it in my mouth. If you were really that into weightlifting for very long (come on...you're 16) I think you would have known that when I used the phrase "curls 300 pounds", that refers to a max of 300, which means you only have to do it once, and you wouldn't have had the knee-jerk reaction and jumped to the conclusion that I'm trying to say you do it real frequently.

Well where I live, the way we phrase it is curls means regular weight, has curled is max weight.

Please let me know if I'm getting this right? I know for a fact that you cannot curl 150lbs one time. Now when you say 300lbs do you mean you lifted a 30lb dumbell 10 times? If it means anything else your flat out lying. This is coming from someone who has been lifting off and on for the past 12 years.

Kid, I dont think I'd believe you if you told me you could bench 300lbs at the age of 16. There are so few that can. I couldn't until I was 17 but I wrestled, played football and ran track. I'd go so far as to say that you couldnt even pick up 2 150lb dumbells off the rack without tearing something.

Are you serious or just trolling for the fun of it?

Dude, I'm serious. The fact that you couldn't do it doesn't mean I can't. I have a weight at home which all my friends have trouble lifting- even those who play football. They pick it up using body, and when they try to curl it, can't. I have been lifting continuously for years, though I stopped 2 months ago cause I broke my leg and they wouldn't let me in the gym. If I meant a 30 pound dumbell ten ties, I could also have said I bench 6000 pounds (120x50) w/o getting tired.

I come from Bulgaria and live in the US. Not even a citizen. I don't watch tv, nor do I care to follow sports- if a sport interests me, I'd rather play it than watch it.

There are many things he had said to have done which are plain surreal.
I'll believe him this time, but Flame has talked about so many "feats" he has gone through, that I am asking myself sometimes whether he's doing this for show-offs or if it's some reality we have not heard of.

Well now I know you for a flat out liar. Those guys in the strongmen competition cant curl 300lbs without tearing thier biceps. Dorian Yates who was Mr Olympia 7 times tore his bicep when doing a preacher curl with a 80lb dumbell. 300lbs. LOL Who the fuc k are you Clark Kent?
