My printer seems to have taken on a life of its own. I recently changed color
cartridges and printing seemed to be okay. After about two weeks the red and
yellow seems to have gone dry (although no messages suggesting I need to
change cartridges have appeared). Additionally, when I attempt to print
something using only black and white (I manually make the change in the print
command settings) a significant portion of the text comes out in blue. The
black cartridge was also recently changed, but even if it were dry, I
shouldn't be getting blue, given I am selecting the black and white property.

Using the CD-ROM supplied with the printer, I tried to uninstall/reinstall
the printer drive application but after going through the process and
restarting the computer, the printer is still recognized - as if I never
attempted to uninstalled it. It would seem that I have multiple problems
going on and I don't know where to go to begin to resolve them. Thanks in
advance
