Looking for game suggestions

I'm getting a 7970 and a 2560x1440 monitor sometime next week and would like some game recommendations to play on it please. I prefer games that are open world or have some replayability to them. I already have Skyrim, Minecraft, Saints Row 3, Portal 2 and Trine 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks, I have heard of the Witcher series and watched a few videos, but have never played them. How are they for replayability and how long can I expect the game to last? Also any other suggestions?

Well, I completed both games two times. The story really depends on your actions, and in both replays I've had 2/3 of the games totally different. Just the start is similar.
