Error - Can't find CICO.DLL (trying to view sent fax)

I'm running WindowsXP Pro with SP2 and all updates through 2-02-2005. I've
tried un-installing the Windows FAX program and then reinstalling same. I've
done a complete Microsoft and web search for CICO.DLL; found one commercial
site that wanted $10 (or 10 pounds) for it.

What happens is when I try to view a sent or waiting fax within the Windows
Fax module I get the error message FILE CICO.DLL not found and can't view the
fax. I'm at wits end in trying to resolve this problem. Any assistance is
greatly appreciated.

Please reply directly to FAX@FOGBOTTOM.COM as I am unable to visit the
