Bf3 strange lag?

my pc is freezing every second in new games like BF3 or Skyrim

i have:

amd athlon II x2 270 3.4 dual core
powercolor 7770 Ghz edition
4gb 1333Mhz ram
500w psu
1680x1050 resulution
seagate st500dm002-1bc142 500Gb hard drive

can somebody tell what the prob is ?

i think its the HDD

'Multiplayer only'.

Multiplayer is more intensive then single player as there are more random 'yous' on the map running around randomly.

Is your network slow, Multiplayer requires less of your HDD and more of your CPU and GPU and network resources.

What settings are you playing the game at ? ? ???

its doesnt matter the lag is on low-ultra i have 50fps avg but when lag shows up it doesnt affect fps but its in every new game i have all drivers updated
