New games freezes every second

my pc is freezing every second in new games like BF3 or Skyrim on low-ultra settings and Fps is normal 50fps avg , but in games like dead space 2 and dead island i have 90fps on max settings v-sync off and the freezes dont show up...
can somebody say what's the problem is cuz games dont have to freeze like that eaven on low settings and my rig is normal...

I think the prob is HDD couse everybody say's seagate isnt for gaming and im thinking to buy wd black do i have to buy it?

i have:

amd athlon II x2 270 3.6 dual core
powercolor 7770 Ghz edition
4gb 1333Mhz ram
500w psu
1680x1050 resulution
seagate st500dm002-1bc142 500Gb hard drive
all new drivers

I don't think its the hard drive, can you describe the problem more. BF3 will not run well on large multiplayer maps with that CPU but skyrim should run well on at least medium.

I am not really sure have you checked the usual ie temps and drivers. If this doesn't help try running 3d mark and check your system gets the score it should.

You don't have to buy WD Black just to play games, a normal HDD like blue or green caviar WD will do. It's your PC spec that's causing the freeze first off your using a dual core. BF3 likes to use a quadcore. Second, for Skyrim you need more than 4gb of ram to play smoothly and above all that heat issue can also be a problem since these two games requires more processing power.

Fps isnt the problem Fps in any games is more than 50 avg on high settings but those freezes ,micro-shutters ,
lags its like people are skiping around and me to in those games eaven in Team fortress 2 i have avg 120Fps but those lag are so annoying...

and Ram always is 1Gb free in games eaven in Bf3
