So I built a computer probably about a year or two or go and it worked fine. But as of late its been having some problems with games. Namely their crashing at certain points.

I thought it was a million things at first so I tested all my memory and re-installed mt graphics drivers to no avail. But I realized a pattern through the games that were crashing, I noticed they were all directX games (OpenGL games like Minecraft work beautifully).

When I couldn't fix the problem and I found no info on it I re-installed windows but I'm still having the problem. Can you help me? Heres my system info:
Operating System
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i7 960 @ 3.20GHz 54 °C
Bloomfield 45nm Technology
18.0 GB Triple-Channel DDR3 @ 539MHz (7-7-7-20)
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. X58A-UD3R (Socket 1366) 46 °C
SyncMaster (1920x1080@59Hz)
1535MB GeForce GTX 580 (EVGA) 48 °C

Those i think are drivers , try some new drivers for Gpu or look in the internet what programs need those games like directx , Microsoft Framework and things like that
