==================
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 @ 2,66Ghz but Overcloacked at 3,2Ghz (2 cores)
Memory : 4GB DDR2 Patriot (2x2GB)
Video card : (BRAND NEW) ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB GDDR5 192bit with latest drivers installed (305.68)
Power Supply : (BRAND NEW) Thermaltake TR2 @ 600W
MotherBoard : ASUS P5L-MX (PCI-E 16x)

Running on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
===================

I'm running BF3.exe with a resolution of 1280x768

All settings on LOW

And i'm getting 10-15 FPS ?

I was getting like 30+ FPS with a 6 years old GeForce 8800GT...

Is it possible that because of my PowerSupply (Thermaltake TR2 600Watt) having a 12V rail of only 22amp, and NVIDIA recommend minimum a 30amp 12V rail for the GTX 660Ti that my Video card cannot perform as it best?

The problems your CPU. Battlefield 3 multiplayer kills a dual core. You'll need a quad core at least to make things smooth. If you're strapped for cash a Q6600 can be found for £60 on ebay and that'll make things smoother.
