Skyrim glitch (diplomatic immunity)

hey all,

i have been playing skyrim for a long time, and i hadnt bothered to do the main quest. so one day i decided to do it, and in the mission A Blade in the Dark, i got the delphine glitch where she doesnt give you a dialogue option to complete the quest, instead only 2 dialogue options about her thoughts on the dragons and the thalmor. I used the console commands to force complete the quest, but now she isnt giving me the diplomatic immunity quest. She just walks back to her inn and stays there, and she still has only those 2 dialogue options.

I tried using some console commands to force start the next quest, but for some reason they dont work. Does anyone have any solutions?

If you have any previous save I would revert, if you don't you should start keeping 2-3 saved especially with Bethesda games.

ive reverted 4 times already and every single time it is a same, which really disappoints me. skyrim updates were supposed to fix glitches like these

Unless perhaps the glitch is caused by a mod...?

Yep it could be Mod conflict. Never had any problems with Skyrim. Of course I run it with no mods at all.
