My games all have holes in the 3d

So as of late, all my games have holes in the 3d. Needless to say this was not always the case.

Here are my specs if that helps.

I started to notice this problem around the time that i updated my drivers. I realize that it my be the
problem only I am unsure of what to do about it. Any help would be Awesome thanks!

The effects are similar on all my other games...

I can pretty sure say that your graphics card broke. I'd suggest contacting the warranty if it's still valid.

Yes you should. It's definitely hardware failure.

Try installing a slightly older graphic driver since you stated this occurred after you updated the drivers. Simply download an older version, then uninstall your current drivers, reboot the PC and install the older drivers.

That's Orcs Must Die. Question, is your graphics card OC'd at all?

Does a 4250 meet the minimum requirement for the game also? That's an awfully low end gpu.

That is irrelevant. Even if it didn't meet the requirements, it shouldn't artifact, it should just lag.

Wrong. If VRAM is being saturated it will actually artifact severely. Similar issues when memclock is set too high for different reasons.

Wrong. If VRAM is being saturated it will actually artifact severely. Similar issues when memclock is set too high for different reasons.

VRAM can't really be saturated on that card on that game. Not at that resolution.
