heat or power

Ive got a system im working on:
some lucky star mobo ive never heard of
1ghz tbird (no OC)
512 pc-133
geforce2 mx 400
2 40 gig. 7200 rpm hard drives (one WD, one Maxtor, no raid)
2 optical drives
only a 250W ps

It crashes randomly and im sure the problem is not in drivers, OS, etc.
Im stuck between heat (the CPU will get up in th 60-65C range at full load) and power (250 is way underpowered)

anyone have any thoughts on which is the culprit? (or both)

More about : heat power

I would try a 350W (or higher) enermax power supply first, still remmeber the days Tbird got out and in the stores the sales people were telling people to have at least a 300W power supply.

thanx

i was looking at getting the Enermax 431W off newegg.
i didnt build this system or i would have put a better ps it. Oh well, i guess thats what you get when u dont do something for yourself.
