After 14 months, the internal display on my VX4400B became corrupted.
The bottom half of the display looks like 4 lines of waveform data
scrolling upward. The left half is shaded yellow. Only the upper right
quarter of the display is readable. Is there any way to reset the
display? Or would connecting it to a computer help - if so, which
cable and what software? Thanks for any help!

I assume you've tried turning it off and on again...

I'm not a techie, but my guess is that it's fried and you need to get a
replacement. But take it to a corporate store with a techie and see what
they say.
