sis 645 vs 645DX

Thinking about buying a msi 645 ultra or msi 645 max. Ultra uses sis645 and max uses 645DX. Is 645DX more overclockable than 645? Or will 645DX be more stable running higher fsb since it officially supports 133fsb?

Neither board is a good overclocker. I recommend the Asus P4S533.
