Technically to overclock any CPU all you have to do is raise the FSB or raise the clock multiplier. CPU frequency = clock mulitplier*FSB

My firewall tastes like burning.

Raising its FSB if your mobo has adjustable FSB either in BIOS or jumpers.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
