What games can I torrent AND play online?

So, I'm planning on buying my gaming rig within the next few months and I was wondering can someone give me a small list of some games I can torrent and play online? So essentially a game that doesn't need an online pass! The only games I'm planning on buying are Diablo III and Battlefield 3, but after I buy the rig I won't have much extra money to buy games for a few weeks, so I need some games to get me through that time until I can afford Battlefield and Diablo! Also which should I buy first..?
