p4 1.8 willy o/c 2.4 ??!!

what is the maximum stable overclocked cpu speed i can get from the following pc

pentium 4 1.8 Ghz (willamate) 256kb cach
MSI 645 ultra ddr333 (MS-6547)
256 MB pc2700 cl2 unbuffered by corsair (supplied with passive cooling kit)

req:
bios version
core voltage
cpu ratio
fsb
dram frequancy

ps : i have active memory cooling kit for the memory from thermaltake
and 5000 rpm heatsink/fan combo from speeze for willamate up to 2.6 GHz..please tell me the safe procedure for overclocking my cpu to reach the maximum

The maximum you're going to get to is 2GHz to maybe 2.1 or 2.2GHz but that's pushing it. Willamettes simply suck at overclocking, sorry. 2.4GHz and 2.6GHz are virtually impossible.
