hp officejet 4215 printer problem

My hp officejet 4215 printer will not print the envelopes I set up in Word.
I have Windows XP on a Dell Dimension 4400. The problem just began today
(3-9-05). I have had the printer for nearly a year. No problems before. Now
when I put an envelope in, it prints so that the return address is missing or
only partially printed on the envelope in the return address area in the
upper-left corner. I have checked the proper size of envelope, and the proper
way to submit it to the printer, but the printer will not print properly. The
"auto" default setting for the return and delivery addresses used to work but
no anymore. To get the return address to print, I sometimes have to adjust
the "auto" to 0.9" to get anything to show. What can I do to get it back to
normal?
