recieving faxes problems

when im receiving a fax, it doesnt automatically answer even though its set
to answer after 2 rings. so i click the answer button, it answers, then it
gets though about 50 seconds and cuts off. there is no info in the
troubleshooting pages of the help thing!

Is your modem in the list of Microsoft Support hardware?

After the cut off, is there any log in the InboxLog.txt and event viewer?
