Yes it will play those games on ultra with either graphics card except Dirt showdown and maybe GTA 5 and as for which one the 7970 should compete more with the 670 not the 660Ti so it is the better card but should be priced accordingly. Why waist all that money on postage buying from different etailers, when you can buy more for less from one?

And if you look i changed the gpu to a gtx670 as that correlates more comparatively to a 7970 in price and performance.
