I plan to overclock my pentium 3 750mhz (100fsb) to 1ghz with 133fsb, is this possible, if so what would i need for cooling, water cooling perhaps or a regular hsf?

Normally the large sized Intel boxed cooler will be sufficient, but I really wish you luck, a lot of these things needed large voltage increases to reach 1GHz.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Maybe I should skip that idea then as i dont seem to have a very good motherboard (Whitney System CR Board or something), probably wont get high enough voltages

If all else fails, Go further :)

If you can't adjust the voltages any other way, you can do it using the pin mods I've outlined oh so many times. I'd shoot straight for 1.95v and give it a go.
