HP Officejet 6110 All-in-one

I just purchased the 6110 by HP and it works great. The problem is it only
works great under one user, (Supervisory Acct). All other user on the
computer are unable to use the printer as a limited acct user. If their acct
is changed to supervisory, it works just fine. I went through two hours of TS
w/HP tech to no avail. What file or system is not sharing correctly?

verify that the \windows\system32\spool\printers directory allows the users
write access.

If the driver writes to a temp directory this could also be a problem but
it's different for each driver.
