Skyrim Crouch Bug

Hey folks,

Just started playing Skyrim and my character seems to be stuck in crouch mode, searched the web a bit and seems like its a common bug.

Tried changing weapons and tabbing in and out with no luck.

The thing is I played for an hour without doing a hard save, just used auto.... I know what was i thinking not saving playing a bethsda title, I really should have learned by now.

Anyone any ideas to remedy this?

I might just start again, anyone any ideas on how to avoid this? Apart from the obvious save often

u just have to sit dow in a chair. then voila !
