How much bennefit would i gain from a gaming mouse?

i like to play COD and i notice sometimes the movements are jerky when i make sudden turms. my hand starts to hurt after a while too. im using a logitech m185 wireless compact mouse. im looking into a razer deathadder. would i gain anything from it? in game performance?

In aim speed and accuracy Yes. Wireless mice has a tiny delay more than a wire mouse does.

A nice big mouse with a shaped curvature for you hand makes is less strenuous, and your palms/hand wont hurt as much... a big mouse pad is also good.

If you sit infront of the PC and holding the mouse, a good table height is your elbows height when sitting relaxed on your chair.
