Hi i am planing to configure my network for a vpn connection. i am
gona need help, i do not know wiche one should i use, a microsoft VPN
connection or my firewall ( sonicwall ) VPN application?
any one knows wich one is more secure, and faster?

Those are the wrong questions to ask. They are both secure (meaning,
they use good encryption algorithms and authentication protocols), and
speed is a layer 1 (physical) issue, not a layer 7 (application) issue.
Most likely, the bottle neck with regard to speed will be your internet
connection and not the VPN client software.

Microsoft VPN offer adequate security or the Sonicwall?

Depends upon how secure you need to be and how much you trust the
vendor. Microsoft have not been doing so well with security lately.

If you are sending state secrets you may need to pay someone to make
your whole setup as secure as possible. If you are sending private or
small biz stuff maybe it doesn't matter so much. Work out what is at
stake and fund the matter accordingly.
