If you don't want to do that, the price of your computer would be helpful.

cpu-Z is also a handy tool and are you using a wireless mouse or a cable mouse bcause when its a wireless it could be that the tranciever isnt working properly

You could try lowering the settings down from "Fancy" graphics to "Fast"
And for performance try setting it to "Max FPS" other than that your computer specs would be very helpful for us to solve your problem.
