Skyrim Has Stopped working

As the title states skyrim is crashing right after i hit play. Just started doing this today. I previously had many mods but since this issue started i have backed up the core skyrim files, deleted skyrim in program files and my docuements. Then did a fresh install from the backup files. Deleted TESV.exe and let verify cache replace it, still same issue. No changes in sound either so not sure what the issue may be. Thanks in advance and here is the crash info.

update/reinstall graphics driver, if still same then boot into safe mode. game will run like a pig but you should be able to see if it at least loads and then troubleshoot accordingly.

A clean install of the game should fix those things.
