I'm planning on building my first computer soon and have been doing some research. Right now I'm thinking of getting a 1.6A-2.0A P4 and overclocking instead of getting an AMD 2100+ based system. My question is what type of RAM should I use to overclock Rambus or DDR?

PC1066 has the best performance, and Kingston PC1066 should hit 150MHz bus clock (QDR600, as in PC1200, speeds. Using the 3x instead of 3x multiplier, you could push futher, to a 200MHz bus at least, except that the CPU won't go that far.
