What games can this PC run?

Hi I'm new to this fourm and I have a question for you guys, I recently bought a Gaming PC off ebay for a little over 1K it was used but I'm fine with that so my question is what games can my PC run? Keep in mind I don't know to much about computer but I'm not clueless. Can I run games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Skyrim, and Battlefield 3?

Yes, you can play almost any game on the highest settings with that setup. You can definitely max out the games you listed.

Might have trouble with like The Witcher II and Metro 2033 though, they are very hard to max out.
